About US

PEACE operates from its main headquarters located at Ivuuni Shopping Centre, Kaliku Location, Mutito Sub-County in Kitui County. This central office serves as the administrative and strategic hub of the organization, housing key executive and program management staff. From this base, PEACE coordinates national-level communications, compliance, resource mobilization, and high-level stakeholder engagement with government agencies, donors, and development partners.

In addition to its headquarters, PEACE maintains field-level operational capacity in Machakos and Makueni Counties, supported by County Coordinators and community-based staff. These county-level teams manage program rollout, community mobilization, field monitoring, and employer liaison activities. Each site has access to furnished workspace, internet connectivity, meeting space for small group training or interviews, and transport means for outreach teams.

All PEACE offices are equipped with standard ICT infrastructure, including computers, printers, mobile devices, and cloud-based data collection tools that link directly to the organization’s internal Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) dashboard. This infrastructure enables real-time collection and reporting of apprenticeship data, employer feedback, and youth progress, which are critical components for effective implementation of Results-Based Financing (RBF) projects like NYOTA.

In preparation for its expansion into Kwale and Taita Taveta, PEACE is engaging partner organizations with access to local office space and logistical support. Temporary desks and coordination hubs will be activated through signed MOUs with local NGOs, chambers of commerce, and vocational training institutions. These partnerships ensure geographic and logistical readiness across all five Lot 3 counties, even in areas where PEACE has not yet established a permanent office.
